V.A.T. Guideline
We can deliver worldwide –- If delivery is outside of the EEC (Europe), we can Zero Rate VAT conditional to receipt of the shipping documents meeting the UK Customs & Excise regulations.
- If you are a company Within the EEC zone & want to purchase at Zero Rate VAT, we will require an official P/O from the company with your VAT number clearly listed on this P/O for us to accommodate this request.
Costs and Delivery
Freight & Insurance costs are available upon request. We use the services of DHL, UPS & FedEx and their prices are based on either the actual or volume weight of the consignment. We will provide you with a separate freight cost if requested.
For items where we have provided additional installation & configuration services it may sometimes be necessary to have the goods repacked to ensure adequate security.
Please note that you have an option to appoint your own couriers for the collection of pre-paid orders. There are certain security precautions that will need to be followed.
We will require:
- Name of the Appointed Freight
- Airway Bill Number
- Collection Note Assigned
- Vehicle Registration Number of Parcel Collection
- Name of Authorised Driver for the Company
